Money-Back Guarantee

Our refund policy (money-back guarantee) lasts for 60 days from the date of your purchase. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a cash refund. However, if additional warranty was included in your order, you will be fully covered for the warranty term to receive free repairs and replacements.

Why the 60-day Cut-Off?

Understanding the difference between ‘Warranty’ and ‘Money-back guarantee’/’Return policy’ is crucial. Unlike warranties that cover products for specified periods (e.g., 1 year, 5 years), money-back guarantees typically have shorter terms (e.g., 14 days, 30 days, 60 days). Our 60-day money-back guarantee is considered generous in the laptop/electronics industry.

Return/Refund Terms

To be eligible for a return for a full refund within 60 days, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, without additional marks, scratches, cracks, or damage. For warranty exchanges, reasonable leniency is allowed regarding the condition after extended use.

To complete your return, we require proof of order (e.g., order number, email, buyer details).

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time. If there is a delay, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank if necessary. ‘Repair or Replace’ – Warranty Terms

During the warranty period (1, 2, or 3 years), your laptop is fully covered for faults. This includes free technical IT advice, parts, repairs, and replacements. Batteries and charger cables are not covered under the laptop warranty due to their nature as consumable items.

Our ‘Repair or Replace’ policy ensures that we attempt repairs first. If deemed unfeasible, we will replace your laptop with a newly refurbished one at no cost.

Data Loss and Recovery

We are not liable for any data loss; users are responsible for maintaining backups. While we make good-faith efforts to recover data, there is no guarantee. In severe cases, we provide a replacement drive with a fresh Windows installation.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain warranty coverage, laptops must only be repaired by Restore Tech. Third-party repairs void the warranty. Contact us directly for warranty service to ensure quality and guarantee of repair work and parts.

Our laptop Repair Or Replace warranty covers non-accidental damage during normal use, excluding theft or external damage.

Processing Times for Warranty Claims

We aim to process all warranty claims promptly, subject to current workload. While we cannot provide exact timeframes, we ensure every claim is processed. Customers are advised to arrange a temporary device during the warranty process to avoid disruptions.
